Saint Bernard's Parish, Louisiana.USA.July 27, 2006..A car left standing in Saint Bernard's Parish for nearly one year after hurricane Katrina hit and the levees broke leaving 80% of New Orleans was flooded. Homes close to the levee break have been removed leaving only the concrete slabs and the trees. Yet many of the home still remain just as they were after the water receded one year ago.
