The trails in the dust shows a clear picture of smuggler routes heading north from Mexico into the US. Now a new vehicle barrier has been put in place to stop the traffic through the Tohno O'odham Indian Reservation. Thousands of smuggler trails run through the deserts reroute from Mexico to any major highway in the US.<br />

Although new roads, fence and vehicle barrier have been put in place along the US/Mexcian border - Arizona illegal traffic is still very heavy in the Tucson sector.
